On behalf of my lovely wife and I, we want to thank you for making
our Wedding day a dream come true. It was very comforting for us to know
that you took the time to source out the best deal, talk with hire
companies, meet up with us on a regular basis ( not to mention the
endless emails between the in-laws and us ) and I think most importantly
kept the stress levels down with all parties involved.
As my wife and I both work full time and different hours it would have
been impossible for us to organise our Wedding day. You installed great
confidence in us from the very first meeting we had with you and true to
your word the day went without a fault.
As you know we had a lot of overseas guests come over for our Wedding.
This proved very difficult for us to arrange. As a lot of our family and
friends wanted to come to the Wedding; they could not gives us a
definite answer, until the last minute. This was putting a lot of strain
on my wife and I but Kim assured us that that no one would be missed and
everything would be fine.
There is so much that goes into organising a Wedding. Much more than we
had ever considered. All the little details that we would never have
thought of were taken care of before we knew it.

How do we describe Kim’s service from the White Idea? Exceptional, organised, stress free, professional and results driven. Her persona is professional yet down to earth and she manages to absorb all of your stress within minutes of talking to her. The confidence I had in Kim as our wedding planner only continued to strengthen over the twelve months that we dealt with her.
The true testament of Kim’s work was on our wedding day. I had a sense of calm days before and on the wedding day and have come to the realisation that it was because I did not have the stress of dealing with the planning, logistics and accountabilities of all of our 10 + suppliers. Our wedding day was absolutely flawless and I can say with the utmost confidence that it was because of Kim.

From the first moment of contact with Kim she added value, even
before we had chosen her as our wedding planner. Apart from trying to
organise a wedding in the Hunter Valley while living in Dubai, we
further complicated arrangements by choosing to have 3 events over 3
days in order to spend more time with our guests who were travelling
from near and far.
We quickly felt very connected to Kim and utterly confident in her
ability to meet our expectations. She was full of great ideas and always
followed up on our questions and wishes in a timely way without us
feeling bombarded by choices and decisions. Her attention to detail was
impressive, and she's fun too.
On The Day it was wonderful to wake up in the morning knowing that Kim
had everything under control and we could concentrate on enjoying every
moment of our wonderful day with family and friends.

We hired Kim Alfeldi for her “On the Day” Service as we had a relaxed
beach wedding and enjoyed planning the wedding ourselves, Kim’s help was
priceless on the day leaving us to enjoy our reception with family and
friends, we didn’t have to worry about dealing with the band, caterers,
MC, Photographers, etc, she even packed all our gifts in her car and
took them back to our hotel, I would highly recommend this service to
