Selecting your wedding planner is an important decision and it is vital you feel 100% comfortable with the person you choose. You’re entrusting them with one of the most significant and memorable days of your life. Every couple is unique and the first thing we need to know about is you, your personality, your style and any plans, ideas you have for your special day. We need to understand your vision of what you imagine your special day to be, then, we make it happen.
Make no mistake the wedding day is a full scale production, the services I offer depend on the couple and the wedding I offer a “wedding day only service” which is perfect for couples that have planned their own wedding but don’t want to be troubled on their big day by liaising with catering staff, taking delivery of flowers, prompting the MC, finalizing payments, setting up church flowers, cake delivery, bands, coordinating speeches, entertainers, and the list goes on, let alone if anything goes wrong, and I can provide a Complete Wedding Planning service ideal for couples that work full time and are overwhelmed but the countless decisions and logistics of planning a wedding.
Complete wedding planning, design & management
- Creating a style and concept for your wedding
- Unlimited face to face meetings with your Wedding Coordinator
- Unlimited e-mails and phone calls with your Wedding Coordinator
- Assistance with sourcing Wedding ceremony and Wedding receptions locations and venues.
- Make Appointments made on your behalf for site inspections and with vendors
- Sourcing of wedding suppliers, products and services for your wedding
- Coordination and management of contracts, bookings, deposits for venues and suppliers
- Coordination and Management of all details relating to the Ceremony and Reception
- Organizing deposit payments to venues and suppliers as required
- Development of a Wedding Day Schedule and distribution to all participants and suppliers
- Floor and seating plan
- Updating wedding budget
- Firm up final payment final payments to venue and Suppliers
- Attendance and supervision at Rehearsal
- Complete day of service (see above) 10 consecutive hours of management & coordination on the day
- Provide one event Manager and assistant on the day.
